Compared with Coal Water Slurry hot air furnace, the CT Series high cleanness drying system can reduce cost: 5,490,000-3,820,000=1,670,000 (RMB), 30% of the cost can be saved. Compared with gas generator, the CT series high cleanness drying system can save cost: 9,860,000-3,820,000=6,040,000,60% of the cost can be saved. So it takes 3 months to recoup the investment, which make it to be the best choice for the ceramic manufacturer.

Environmental protection:
By using the CT series high cleanness drying system, the consumption of coal can be reduced by 25%, thus 25% of the exhaust gas to the air can be reduced. This system meets the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction for global environmental protection.
Due to the firing temperature is 1000℃only, the nitride(NOx)and sulfide(SOx) has been obviously reduced, which can meet the requirement of the standard of emission.
The combustible coal has water content around 10-15%. Due to the coal is easily dried in the air, and it needs to be added extra water to increase the water content. Some phenol water(or waste water) can be added in the coal, which is not able to save the fuel but also reduce the pollution to the environment.
The fuel used in the gas generator is higher quality lump coal, and some coal power must be screened out. This coal power can be mixed with the coal used in the CT series high cleanness drying system to avoid the wasting of energy.

Safety Comparison :
Compared with gas generator and Coal Water Slurry hot air furnace, the operation of CT series high cleanness drying system is much more convenient and economic. Thanks to the negative pressure of the purifying chamber, there is no danger of explosion.
