Loading Quantity of alumina ball:
G=3.14×(r-h)2×(L-2h) ×Y×[(45%/55%)×(1-25%/30%)]
In the formula:
G: Quantity Of alumina ball loaded in Ball Mill
r: Semi-diameter of ball mill of the end face(flange) h: Thickness of Liner
Y: Density of alumina ball L: Length of Ball Mill of the round wall (cylindrical face) Remark: (1)50%--55%: The bulk of ball loaded in ball mill when in highest grinding efficient (2)25%--30%: Porosity of alumina ball(3)This calculation only be suitable for ball mill higher than 3 T
